Othelisa, actually, which I think is either a Greek tragedy or a song by Beck. Ask is definitely doing something right, but I still have a couple of problems with them. If your browser window isn’t wide enough, the right column just isn’t there -- no scrollbar, no indication that if I went wide I’d be rewarded. Thank you, AJAX. Secondly, they’ve still got that tiny little index.

I agree that Ask’s biggest drawback is their index. They express "confidence" in their crawler’s ability to find and index all of the important information on the web. I’m not quite as "confident" in that ability. Other than that, I’m in complete agreement that the SERPs themselves are great!
