I'm looking forward to seeing Fredrick. He's been globe-trotting for so long, he's like the Bigfoot of search. People claim to have spotted him here and there, but no one can confirm it. :)

Just got invited to SES London. Just booked my LHR flights. Any sphinners in London who want to get together (whether you're going to the show or not) ping me. Of course, anyone going to the show, let me know.

I haven't been to the UK since I worked for American Airlines when oneworld alliance with British Airways launched.

Massimo Burgio also thinks the Search Behavior Research Update will be one of the top sessions at SES London.  Check out his post at  the SEMPO Global Search Blog at http://www.sempoglobalsearchblog.com/article:piers-stobbs-comscore-interview.

Cool, now this is what I was talking about in terms of an actual article, Matt. And it looks like Mike's put together a great show. Sorry I won't be seeing him or Fredrick or hearing Nick out there but snowboarding calls.

Hey, any chance Search Engine Watch could maybe run just one of our SEL posts about SMX West in the SearchDay newsletter?

I mean, we run a post about SES practically every other day in SearchCap. I went through the last month's worth of SearchDays -- and nothing about SMX coming up was relevant for the headlines? Are you not allowed to run SMX posts, or do all of our previews just suck?

Here's some you might check out, if you're thinking we might get a little equal time:

Heh, you missed one; the LondonSEO beer night in the pub over the road on Thursday....

There will be a number of people in the adjacent Hilton bar on the Monday evening just before the conference starts.

Ahhh, G1smd, you beat me to it.

So yea, Session Thursday night and a meetup in the Hilton Monday night. If anyone is interested in Simian Mobile Disco, that's on Friday night.

Anyone staying in Jurys?

I'm staying at the other end of Pentonville Road: for about a quarter of the price.

There will be people in the Hilton bar every evening after the conference, just thought it wise to note that there are usually a number there on the evening before the first day of conference. :-)

Didn't know about the mobile disco. Maybe you ought to mention that on the LondonSEO.org site too...
