First, Intelius, a well-known name in personal info/people search has launched what they are calling the, "first of its kind," cell-phone database. You can run a search and find out if a cell phone # is associated with the name for free. The actual record costs $14.95.

Btw, you can also find direct links to Intelius (listed as an "advertisement") at the bottom of Yahoo People search pages.

Second, in mid-July Intelius was named as the exclusive provider of white page listings for the White Pages channel on MSN.
