Thanks for Sphinning! :)Just a note: its a bit of a beginner article (Lifehacker is about everything, as you probably know), so its pretty basic. Still, I think its useful.
I realized it was intro stuff, but I still thought it was a good post and useful. I also think reputation management is still new to a lot of people even here. I know Im hardly an expert and the post is a good reminder of a few things for me.
Glad you found it valuable. Again, thanks for Sphinning. :)
@tamar: what you call basic is actually a very well-structured post full of very useful tips :)
It is basic but definitely a great start into the introduction, and definitely enough for people to learn fromSome other great articles on the subject:http://www.marketingpilgrim.com/2006/03/online-reputation-monitoring-beginners.htmlhttp://www.toprankblog.com/2007/03/basics-of-online-reputation-management/
Nah..
Wed have to agree....although basic, its great for beginners. Basically reputation management is going to boom as a business as its becoming more clear that your online reputation can make or break deals for you. Itll be interesting to see how much it evolves!
