Thanks - Stumpedia may be the best new SE name in years.
This will be big! ..I've been actively submitting links this morning..Sphinn, Social News Central etc..So far, I have seen others from Sphinn and other 'go-getter' sites submitting as well..

Geoff: You and I both for sure. :-) There's so many keyowrds to add per URL! And it has to be done individually as far as I can tell..
Tad: I hope this turns out to be at least an improvement that DMOZ should have considered a long time ago..lol Although it's an 'up-for-grabs' type of submission thing..I fear that anyone can get an 'SU SEO-hater tagging effect' going on with the allowance of manual keyword submission..

Alot of gaps, how are they going to retain users if it isn't already comprehensive and effective as a search engine?
Agreed.. a lot of gaps to fill in. But nevertheless, this is our experience to bring to fruition. If there were a previously designed perfected version without our input the concept would be secondary and del.icio.us. would be the page parent.
It will only be as useful as the users that place submissions and votes. As far as the changes that need to be made, if we dont' voice our opinion and hang on for the ride, then we'll never know how good it could have been.
Looks like a very interesting experience. I will give it a look.
