I have long had a prominent site in the serp's that for some reason the homepage never ranked in MSN, and I have suspected that it was due to a 301 redirect that I had instituted back when Google was splitting off PageRank between domain.com/ and domain.com/index.html URI's. If that's the reason, they need to get with it...
