"To many Internet Marketers,Twitter has become important. Some people may not yet understand, but this may just be part of their journey through the social media learning curve. As with any social media application, site influencers got to where they were by putting in the time to understand the community. Twitter is no exception."

Everyday I seem to come across some experience where I think "This is a good use for Twitter".

I had followed a number of Twits at one point, but then quickly shut down those Twits that update on what people are eating for dinner, etc.

Love how Jeremiah uses Twitter - Guy Kawasaki too.

@SpostareDuro: thanks glad you liked it.  People need ragging on from time to time :)

@JamesOClark: indeed, some people become too noisy.  Unless you're a food cricitic or something, do you really want to know what people are eating.

@yojspew: they are good resources, enjoy!

@nishugoyal: heh, nice.

Great post.
I think Linked In Answers is a better way to draw on the "wisdom of crowds"  Also, it allows you get outside the echochamber.
The chat room effect on an election or Oscar night is interesting and helpful.
Twitter is still severly limited by asymetric following.
