Some really good tips, although some seem very general and not content specific, e.g. "Be Real. Don’t talk like a college professor. Use conversational tone, to make them feel at ease." It very much depends on the type of copy you're writing! Sphinn from me for the good advice though..

Loved the list, but found #31 amusing: Proofread. But "pities sake" should be "pity's sake". (Or is that intentional?) I promise not to kick you in the "hoonads", though.
