Careful, I had a server I was pinging go out of business and since trackbacks come after pings in the current execution order my outbound trackbacks broke it wasn’t easy to find the cause to say the least.

@dalka So what you are saying, is that one of the blog pinging services was broken, so it couldn’t return any data to you. That then stopped the process and none of your outbound trackbacks showed up?V. interesting@dailymoolah - if that is the case it maybe worth warning your readers? A large ping list may increase the changes of your trackbacks breaking if you do not regularly check the services you are using. I guess that is the payoff for the larger distribution.
