This is the tip of the iceberg.  I'm reading a review copy of her new book, The Soccer Mom Myth, and it's a mind blower.  Personas are in the book but more importantly, the book gets in depth on marketing to women,  how different they are and how they demand to be taken as individuals rather than a lump of gender.

Interesting! In an email to a marketing buddy recently, I suggested creating a fictional profile to get inside the head of our target market. This post makes a great argument for doing just that.

I'm going to have to buy the book!

Who actually said all women think alike though? .... or that it should be a surprise to find out they don't?
