That is a pretty impressive list. I think it will be interesting to watch how many tech industries will dominate in the upcoming years.

I can't help but notice that the Giant (walmart) isn't on this list, despite being one of the most successful organizations in history, something that you would expect Fortune readers to be highly tuned-in to.  Target is, and much (not even sort of all, though) of this list is made up of companies that are known for, or are becoming known for, their efforts to conduct business on a more ethical model (which is not to say that they are actually doing so, just that that is the impression that they give).  I wonder: could this be another signal of a turn toward more ethically concerned business practices at the large industry level?
