SEO and online PR w/Social media are not good candidates for immediate traffic, leads and sales - but as Lee's writeup outlines - there are disconnects to overcome. So will PR firms start to employ SEO in their efforts more often and will those efforts have a fundamentally different flavor thanks to the journalistic audience? Or are the outcomes too disconnected from the effort to keep decision makers interested?

Great propaganda. Our PR department has almost no interest in what we are doing in e-commerce.  I am forwarding this as we speak.
