I hadn't known of about 30 or more of these, until seeing this list. Time to check out some new blogs.
Least likely to post 'Check out Ronaldo's bubble butt' eh?
Hum, will read the blog anyway :)
Haven't heard about several of these - nice list!
Nice list. Surprised you're not on there Maki? I'll put money on you making next years :)
agreed, my money is also on DoshDosh making the list next year!
Really interesting list, some of these are now on my reader to check out more regularly. Thanks for the pointer, M!
Hmmm, ok, so who's going to build the tool to rank other blogs depending on how many links they had from these blogs?
My money's on you Joost!
I actually thought this list was kinda odd... some of the blogs aren't the most influential but I still submitted it because there were quite a few blogs which were new to me... which means I've been staying too much in the same RSS circles...
Haha jeff and soulfood I don't think DoshDosh will qualify next year... thanks for the well wishes though!
Ya I've noticed that phenomenon with me too DoshDosh that I'll become complacent with the feeds I have and then suddenly one day an article like this one will come along and I'll realize that I don't have every influential blog on earth. (shocking I know!)
So at the very least, these kinds of articles are pretty awesome for discovering new RSS circles. Great find :D
IMO seth godins blog is missing. he have tons of readers and most are early adopters = in my opinion that makes his blog truely powerfull, compared to some of the other mentioned here that may have more readers but most of those reader are more passive.
the list got some great blogs I hadnt seen before.
Thanks for the list... some weird choices. I definitely think Seth Godin should be in there too... as well as a few others - how does problogger not get in the list, #2 most favorited on Technorati, powerful in the fact that many bloggers have probably read it at some point (influencing the influencers), especially influential with new bloggers, some of whom one day will be on a list just like this.
Either way, definitely some good ones I've never heard of that warrant checking out further, so thanks.
Read it in another post today. Great list. true, these blogs really influence a lot of people.
