Jay describes how Google disables accounts automatically, based on some imperfect algorithms. He and his friend got his Google AdWords accounts disabled because Jay's account was seemingly linked to a bad one and his friend's keywords were irrelevant to the product.

I've been saying the same thing since I was banned a couple years ago. The problem is they have too big of a market share and too many people make too much money from them. They won't be sufficiently pissed off to take action until it happens to them.
