I especially like the comment on buying links from high-power bloggers and getting trickle links.  I’m going to try that.

Steve, I only bring up paid linking via advertising networks as one consideration. It’s really up to the end user to decide whether or not they want to do so, and whether or not they want to use nofollow, a java redirect or organic methods.Don’t let FUD misdirect the core of the conversation.
