If you have a URL that looks like http://www.yoursitename.com/default.aspx?id=2734, this tool allows you to rewrite it to http:www.yoursitename.com/page-title.html, or any description you like. You need the ability to install filters on the server, so if you're going through a hosting company this won't work.

This tool sounds like a couple of lines of Mod_Rewrite code that you bung in your .htaccess file.
