Google Indented Results… From a Different Domain?

On occasion, I do a few vanity searches on keywords I want to rank for. I was searching “Social Media Consulting” on Google today, and noticed something odd with my result. Google gave me an indented result… from a different site.

That is decidely weird.  Today from Canada there is only one reference and no indented result.

I have seen double indented results before but never anything like this. A bug, I suppose.

I didn’t know about this until I read the post. I should check some sites too and find out myself.
