Google and MIT are teaming up to design the first satellite that can really, truly search the sky for planets similar to Earth in size and terrain, taking us a giant step closer to making contact with extraterrestrials.

This is pretty awesome but Van Damn! They have waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much money.
They are crazy...
If you haven’t looked at the subject in a couple of years, I think you might now be somewhat surprised at just how many stars have already been verified to have planets orbiting them.
