In this post, I want to talk about the most often overlooked aspect of what is required to write content with strong potential on Digg (and the same principle applies to StumbleUpon, Reddit, or any other social media service you can imagine).

Yes, very good point on being an active observer. I "skim" hot topics from time-to-time (when I have time), but I never really placed a lot of value to subscribing. You make a great case to do so.Thanks for the insight!Brandon

This is definitely true..if you actively engage yourself in these networks, you can truly benefit from the resource it can provide as a marketing tool.
