Great resource to refer to many times- I train marketers in my company to be bloggers - sort of :) Also sitting right behind you stephan in this Social Media session at SES :)

I like the WordPress plugin called "All in one SEO pack": http://wp.uberdose.com/2007/03/24/all-in-one-seo-pack/ which does Titles and more.
