One of the major challenges in Local Search is connecting offline local businesses with online customer reviews. LeaveFeedback.org is a free service to help local businesses get authentic customer reviews with little effort, by incentivizing existing customers. Online customer reviews not only help people decide what local business to visit or call, but the ratings also play a role in many local search algorithms.

This is a great tool.  We’ve been helping the LeaveFeedback.org team evaluate it and as a starting point for enticing UGC it rocks.

This is such a great starting point for helping Local businesses get into online marketing, because it allows them to do so without even going beyond their existing customers.  It’s a no-brainer, as far as I can tell.  Great work, Michael.

I have a business that has been doing a twist on this for years.  It works.  sometimes you have to get after customers to get the response, even with the discount offer.Its a great idea.congrats.
