Thanks Wiep. Indeed this might be very helpful if you use blog commenting for link building a practice which is quite popular it seems.
Good point on the heads up on Akismet. I do not have the time to check the hundreds of spam comments each day that Akismet catches. Id better put an Akismet Ahead sign to warn worthy commenters that they should contact me if their comment is not published. I could be upsetting a lot of people that way. After all netiquette works both ways. I would not want to throw out some perfectly innocent person who wanders in to my free barbecue.
Good post. I moderate first-time commenters (and read all the later comments that come through), but these are good guidelines.
I always comment on do-follow blogs. Also, we should take not of the right conduct in posting comments.
Hi,Getting more traffic is important to all of us but dont forget your conversions. I recently started using this service www.traffic2sales.net and I have had really good results, my sales have already increased 5-7%. And even better, I only pay for converted sales so no upfront costs. You should try it, you have nothing to loose. http://www.traffic2sales.net?ref=wcb
