David Wallace's blog post on the flawed launch of LinkedIn's corporate profiles. David offers some amusing anecdotes found when searching for colleagues & shares with us a customer service snafu when he tried to get his own company profile in LinkedIn.

The launch of LinkedIn groups was pretty botched and it doesn't look like they've learned anything from that experience.
