Yes, it’s another post about standards. But in his great summary of the entire argument, Steven invites the general public to have their say:

Standards in terminology and measurement would be a good start. How you do it is one thing but what is done should have a common name and be measured in standard ways. Traffic numbers and how they are named, conversions and how they are measured, etc. etc. etc.There are needs.... this is not the Sierra Madres
