I desphinned because the title says "Google Confirms Algorithm Change" and I didnt. Heres what I said over on the SERoundtable post:"Just to be clear, the reason that I asked people to send in queries was because we *were not* seeing major differences between data centers. So this is more for seeing what people are talking about and less for collecting feedback on some big update."
@Matt:...and of course this is the beauty of Sphinn...Thanks for the clarification.
So what is happening Matt? Rankings are changing all over the place for some websites. So tihs is not an update?
Barry, you have a real knack for deceptive headlines and stories...Where did Matt confirm that there was an algorithm change? What I read said that hed asked people to look into it and they couldnt find anything.
Desphinning because I did not confirm an algorithm change.
Please see Matt Cutts comment. And who no things about GOOG better than Matt, Emmy and Oz ;-)
Im with Matt - this is too confusing. Im still seeing weirdness though so it would be nice to know why.
Two days and neither of the original stories have been updated (except by way of comments)...
Wow, using this option is as much fun as it looked!
Ill go with Matt Cutts as the authority on this one :)
Yep - this is another in a long series of deceptive headlines from the same source.
