Ok, this is getting ridiculous. Why doesn’t Facebook just make an official announcement: We’re trying to steal all of Google’s employees.And I thought Google had Founder’s awards as a safety net to prevent it’s best employees from leaving. I guess if you made over a million overnight when Google had it’s IPO, the founder’s awards aren’t enough of an incentive to make you stay. But what about loyalty?
Loyalty doesn’t seem to exist in this space :)
