Ok, this is getting ridiculous.  Why doesn't Facebook just make an official announcement: We're trying to steal all of Google's employees.

And I thought Google had Founder's awards as a safety net to prevent it's best employees from leaving.  I guess if you made over a million overnight when Google had it's IPO, the founder's awards aren't enough of an incentive to make you stay.  But what about loyalty?
