From May 28th 2008 the practice of blogging under false pretences (or flogging as we like to call it) will become more than just black hat - it’ll become illegal!

Would love to see how enforcable this is - not convinced it’s going to have a particularly huge impact. Corporations can simply ensure a suitable small disclaimer somewhere.
