Great tips for business owners who want to set up a blog to pull the relationship with customers nearer. For me, most businesses jumped into this hype as and when they see it or their consultants who sometimes have no idea of what blogging is all about asked them to. This is definitely a must read post for them.
The important thing is you have to have a plan. Too many businesses start a blog because it's the cool thing to do, or someone told them to -- but they have no clue how to make it work over the long haul.
