As a ghostwriter for many years of those awful five page sales letters and “make money online” information products, I’ve seen - and written - it all. You wouldn’t believe how the “make money online” business really works - and how little of it, actually does.

Real internet marketers don’t sell “online money making secrets” - they give them away for free. Besides, you don't want to buy what they're selling anyways - because what they tell you, and what it means, are two different things.

Good article Patricia - you got me a bit nervous at the end though with that tinyurl/affiliate link. That download was actually free though (getting cynical in my old age, especially when I see that 'sales letter' format!).

I'm quite skeptical of salesy looking things too - but I'm also quite confident in my ability to read between the lines ;)
