Do you get penalized for getting 1000's of links you never looked for or asked for?
Can someone really hurt you by linking you to 1000's of bad neighborhoods?
This guy needs help, and he needs it quick.

Traffic is up by 30%, doesn't seem a bad thing yet.
No idea why this item has been sphunn so much - all it does is observe that sites get scraped. Where's the news in that?
Not Desphunn, though, as perhaps that's just a matter of taste.

I read the article and I didn't see him complaining about loss of traffic or rankings...so what's the problem?

@ Kalena - so sorry about that... its just JD....
@iBrian - not sure is shows scraping at all - it loooks like an actual attempt to get someone chucked out of serps by linking them to bad neighbourhoods.
@darkmatter - thats because its early days - we don know whther the site would be penalised or not... sphun this so people could suggest ways of combating it - and we have had some pretty helpful responses...
