Kristen invited Jeff Quipp as a top social media dad. He discusses the 6 'Ps' of social media parenting and seems to manage the balancing act with style.
PS: This is a water cooler post, so if it doesn't belong on the frontpage, don't Sphinn it!
But it's certainly worth the read. A lot of us balance family and work here.;-)

.. and why shouldn't water cooler posts go hot too?  They're sometimes much more worthy than the serious posts.  This is a prime example. :)

Thanks everyone. My wife wasn't real happy with me for posting that picture, but it really shows the relationship the kids have with each other, and my youngest in her element.
