What to expect? I heard free steak and beer. I've already booked my spot and room :). Looking forward to getting caught up again in a smaller networking environment.

Oh wheel the culinary delights in store are just far too numerous to mention. I will say that we do have an exotic grits station lined up for the uninitiated Northerners as well as a Brazilian jazz trio to round things out.

I've seen the kind of things you refer to as culinary delights. Where I come from they're are often labelled as 'meat and meat byproducts'. I'll stick to steak thanks :). No sweetbread for me.
