Google appears to be testing new displays of paid search ads with URLs above ad copy rather than below in certain regions. See screenshots.

Interesting find.  My guess is that this test will not lead to a higher CTR for the ads.  Seperating the ad body copy from the ad title doesn't seem helpful to me.  But only the test results will tell for sure.

I found the same results as posted. I however do find this helpful....aligning the title with destination--removes some mystery ( in a user's split decision making ) of what they will find. May reduce unneccessary repeat clicks when not intended.....but it is a subtlety.
