Great article Loren. The patents from Google and Yahoo seem to indicate that social media will continue to influence the SERPS for the foreseeable future

While I'm not sure about "forgetting about the search engines", this is something that we have been doing a lot more of lately.

It actually seems too me like all these social media sites are being over-valued in the search engines right now. Am I the only one seeing that? Anyone else have any comment on that "phenomenon"?
