This morning I reported at the Search Engine Roundtable that several webmasters began noticing three values being displayed under some AdWords ads that might reveal some details on how Google may rank AdWords ads. The scores include the "Pscore," "mCPC," and "thresh."

Guys I got a question. I along with other bloggers think that mCPC may mean Max CPC....Remember Google changed some factors where Max CPC was a factor in ranking late last year.

Check out this link refering to the Max CPC issue: http://www.marketingpilgrim.com/2007/08/google-just-keep-getting-richer-new-change-to-adwords-announced.html

This link is a spin of the topic in discussion:

Saw mine in the USA this morning.  Next time I'll take a screen shot as it disappeared when I refreshed the browser.

I vote for mCPC = median cost per click. Makes more sense, as max CPC itself is not really a ranking factor; rather, the effective/average cost per click is a more salient, dynamic data point.
Also, you can't set a Max CPC to 4 decimal places!
