Traditionally, StumbleUpon campaigns and traffic do not have great conversion rates for pages where you have to subscribe to download a paper or a report.

However, with one tweak, we were able to increase conversion rate 405%

@iBrian I am running a small test campaign with 250 visitors per day. I have seen consistant results each day for the last 6 days give or take 2% up or down

That’s a really good post - my only advice is if you had thought about your tags prior to submission you would have received a helluva lot more traffic and hopefully more conversions.Its good to know though that there is hope for conversion with SU traffic.
