Articles like this are great for getting people thinking about usability and improving conversion rates but don’t really have much meat to them.For anyone with more than a passing interest in the field I’d recommend picking up a copy of ’Call to Action’ by the Eisenbergs or spending a day digesting Uncle Jakob’s wisdom at Useit.com.
