Yeah. I saw that in Techcrunch today and took note.

I think it's the type of site that would be really handy if you're on the panel in SMX during a site clinic and you've got a few minutes to research and discuss someone's site!

Well phooey.

Looks like it couldn't handle the attention - there's an error message at the url now that says something like 'Site suspended for abuse of resources'. Hopefully they will increase their bandwidth soon.

Somebody holler when it's back online. :)

I just looked - now it has this message:

i cant continue the project its too huge for me, maybe other people with much money can continue

Maybe they couldnt afford the new bandwidth? Bummer it looked promising.

Wow, down after being techcrunch'd and sphunn... looks like an easy pickup for someone who can maintain the code and pay for a decent server...

I'm sure it wasn't done with any malice, but I have to say that the logo makes me feel a bit queasy. Do you think it would be getting the same positive attention if it was a cartoon of a black guy with big lips & white teeth? Me either.....

Yea, me too on the errors. Moreover, when I first plugged a domain name in without the www, I got a thumbnail of the way the site looked two years ago. I don't know where it found that picture.

Great idea though, if they get it working right.

Nice idea but the errors kill it for me. It's pretty useless.

I'll stick to WebsiteGrader.com and SEO for Firefox for now.
