This post is on how to back up a Blogger Blog. If you’re using Blogger you may really wish you’d seen this if the worst happens. Rose (not me - another Rose) has many other posts of interest to those using Blogger.

Good post. Too bad it is a few days too late for someone I know who’s blogger blog was completely removed for no reason at all. (No ads, nothing spammy, just 2+ years of regular posts.) If you have a blog on blogger, I’d suggest backing it up and recreating it via Wordpress on your OWN server as fast as you can.

As for posts and comments ... if the blog isn’t too large try setting up a WordPress blog somewhere and import the stuff directly from Blogger’s database. Then you’ve it in a MySQL database what is way better than unstructured downloads.
