SEO isn’t a dying industry, it’s an evolving industry. Yes, the Search Engines’ algorithms are changing, but they always have – and always will. One thing you change today, may not work a week from now. Isn’t this how it has always been?

I can't agree more. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. To be optimized for search engines used to mean one thing, now means making sure you have basic onsite factors in place with lots of quality relevant one way links offiste.

Now in local it is beginning to mean making sure your satisfied customers review you at the social review sites because it is now having an effect on the local algorythim.

People will use search engines for years to come.

Optimizing websites for search engines will have to continue.

So SEO will change what it is, but it will always be "Search Engine Optimization!"
