A great description of Online Reputation Management by Glen Allsopp. Glen also gets into high level details about process. This is a really good post to introduce people to the concept of Online Reputation Management.

A brilliant post (and site) that highlights areas most other blogs don't talk about. Really useful, practical stuff. As online business grows, this area of online marketing is going to dramatically increase. Those ahead of the curve will be able to offer their clients a far better service.
