I received this "something bad happened" error when trying to sign up. Are any of you getting the same thing? Has anybody made it through the sign-up with a success message?

Google updated the form now asking for more info including site stats like unique visitors and page views. i was able to submit with success(updated screen shot of form subnmit succes). i wonder if i will meet their qualifications and they will let me in?
