Social Networking is anywhere people are talking online. From a corporate perspective, what you are interested in - is where people are talking about you and are talking about the topics you care about (competitor brands, issues that involve your brand).

All I saw was a basic word-for-word recap of the webinar without any unique thoughts or insites added.

Vanessa's presentation is sphinn-worthy but not this plagarized blog post.

Yes, your CEO needs a Facebook profile, but only of it's packaged within a much larger endeavor striving to develop a promnent virtual identity.  Their Facebook profile should merely be one small element of a much more comprehensive Virtual Biography about that person's life.
