Its encouraging to read that, I have a number of posts that could be resubmitted because at the time I didnt have the connections to get them popular. However, finding social sites that have a demographic that are OK with old posts could be tough.
Matt608, As Ive mentioned in the article itself. Dont submit news-y posts on topical or current events. There are older stuff submitted to Digg and Reddit everyday. Most other social sites accept that as well as long as the piece is well done. Some link baits are timeless as well. Applications, quizzes, tools, games, plugins, pictures etc.
