Other people are doing more modest things like selling t-shirts.

The reason Twitter works for sales is, not only is it a communications tool just like a phone or email, but also you can use it to find customers at point of need.

I’m not sure I like the tone of the post - very confrontational but each to their own. The face that Dell has sold $500,000 through twitter, however, is well worth a sphinn!

My first rant on Sphinn... :-) I’m just tired of people trying to define twitter and social media in general.  These are tools, and they’re opt in, so let’s see how they develop... but ya the emotion of the post is honest, not just for linkbait, though it might work out that way, we’ll see.
