cool - thanks for the post
Thank heavens for that, I could never remember where the *&^%!$ dots went!
love it - thanks for the article SEJ! And thanks to Yahoo for these usability improvements.
Thats a relief. This is good chace for me to build my Delicious profile... one of the reasons I didnt do it before was because of those darn dots!
Good question Bill. To the best of my knowledge theyve had it for a while. Checked it out on the Wayback Machine but Y! seems to be blocking them :p Delicious.com was first registered by someone in 1995, and Del.icio.us in 2002. Yahoo probably bought the domain name after the acquisition, unless Joshua did before he sold to Yahoo. I like the dropping of the dots. Especially since Y! is trying extra hard to market Delicious beyond the Web 2.0 crowd.
Now if only Yahoo would drop the !
I love the cleaned up interface. Still simple, but nicer. Ohh and the ! in Yahoo is cool. :)
"if only Yahoo would drop the !" Haha! Its ok in the logo, but as the official name I cant stand it. I just love it when the Inquirer posts Yahoo stories like: Yahoo! Redesigns! New! Delicious! 2.0!
Me likes and thinks its, well, DELICIOUS! Those dots were always very confusing and spoke out (to me) as Delete Us.
