Many search engine optimizers are still stuck in the past. They practice SEO 1.0 or less. These SEOs fail to adapt to the new Web 2.0 media environment and attempt to apply rules of the older web to the new situation.

So, you use 'SEO 2.0' and 'Web 2.0' in a single article AND in your blog name. Does that mean all bloggers hunting for links and controversy resort to overused terms and simple-minded stereotyping?

Hmmm. I think I'll write a blog post about that.

wrttnwrd: Bad day today? Given the fact that you are new here and you obviously have never heard of me or my blog until now already disqualifies you from having a valid opinion on these topics. Follow my blog for a while and do some research on SEO 2.0 and/or SEO for Web 2.0 etc. and then come back.
