Jaan, you must be kidding. I think every SEO interested in the crawl side of things would benefit from spending a week or two building a simple web crawler. That will show you its pretty trivial to drop nofollowed links from the link graph on the fly during crawls.

So halfdeck are you suggesting that it is what Google does?  Because they dont and it is pretty obvious.
