Teresa you are doing just great as a real estate agent. One of the most wired and connected I have seen. Regarding your wiki that you say is taking too much time. I can appreciate that having participated in one myself. Not sure if you knew but there is a new wiki for the real estate industry called Real Estate Wiki. Free, no ads, no fees. Great dictionary, glossary, encyclopedia, FAQ's and overall resource. Similar to Wikipedia but only focuses on real estate. Maybe you should collaborate with them. Keep up the good work. Z.

HaHa, I almost hit the spam button innately after seeing "real estate" in the title. I looked at the url and noticed it was SEL so checked it out. Read the 1st paragraph and thought "this author is dead on" and then I saw who it was. :P
