A genuinely excellent article. Always easy for us to forget about the need to simplify our language and make it into plain English. We could have all the best knowledge in the world but if we can't effectively communicate that then potential clients are never going to appreciate or understand the benefits.

good read for newbs. Well written.

I actually enjoy reading this sort of stuff every once in a wehile because I get so caught up in advanced stuff that I find it handy to remind myself of the basics.
